Baw Nin Ywar Thit

This village is one that we know well and that was in need of a new 120’ x 30’ high school. In prior years, we have built a primary school (2013) and a middle school (2018) in this village where there are about 300 students in grades KG-8. This is a growing school compound that is well-supported by the villagers.

There is a good tar road leading into the village and every house in the village has a water tap plus the two newer school buildings have solar electricity. Moreover, Baw Nin Ywar Thit is a hub for about 20 other smaller villages and thus was in even greater need of the new high school that we have just completed.

During 2020, MBSPF built six new schools in the villages of Kyawe Kan, Pyawetaung, Gwe Tauk Pin, Da Naung Pin, Baw Nin Ywar Thit and Inn Mie. We also built our fourth new rural medical clinic in Kyaut Sint village.
