There are 405 students in Tha Khut Myint from kindergarten to grade 10 including 192 girls and 213 boys. The villagers requested a new 80′ x 30′ building to accommodate grades 5-8 which we built.

Tha Khut Myint village is in Wan Twin Township in the Mandalay Division. It is a large village with a population of 4,100 and 899 households. The villagers farm sesame, beans and rice. They have a five-acre school site with several buildings that are not in good condition.
