The existing medical clinic was a 20 x 15 bamboo structure with a dirt floor and no ceiling. Eight surrounding villages send people to this clinic where there is one midwife/nurse in residence. A new medical facility was desperately needed and we built a new 30′ x 30′ clinic this year.
