Kyawe Kan

Kyawe Kan village is near Kyauk Pa Daung and has 270 households, 175 students and eleven teachers. The villagers farm peanuts, sesame, corn and beans. The students were being taught in four decrepit buildings, three of which were teardowns but the fourth could be repaired. They needed a 90’ x 30 middle school for 118 students that we built plus we repaired the old building to make it safe for the children.
