With the help of our generous donors, 2019 was an outstanding year for MBSPF construction projects in rural Myanmar villages: seven new schools, two teachers’ cottages and our third rural medical clinic. It is such a great joy to offer the children and villagers these beautiful buildings that support their education and well-being.
Baw Kai
Baw Kai is a chili-farming village about 30 miles east of Kalaw with a population of about 1,000. A male health worker had lived in the village for 3 years and provided health care to Baw Kai villagers plus 4 surrounding villages. The regional health officer had approved the village for a regional health clinic, and we built a new 30’ x 30’ foot building for this purpose.
